Our brand new gymnasium studio is situated against the serene backdrop of Sandymount Strand, which we use for some of our outdoor classes. Merrion Hall, the building which houses the Body Rock health and fitness suite provides the perfect environment where our clients can park their cars and enjoy their workout without the clamour and stress sometimes associated with a visit to the gym.
