Excellent gym which gets you results. I’ve been going to this gym for one month and i’ve already lost 1 stone. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. The classes are challenging but fun. 

The instructors ensure that the excerises are constantly changed from class to class to ensure boredom doesn’t set in.

I started training in BRP 5 months ago after a recommendation from a friend, and words cannot describe how delighted I am with the progress made.
Starting off (and walking in on day one) was daunting, but with the constant encouragement and advice from trainer Paul Moran.
I have come down 3 dress sizes in that time. I feel healthier, fitter and have loads more energy.
I love that the class sizes are kept small and there is a continuous focus on improvement through the use of food logs, weight-monitoring etc.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend BRP to anyone who is looking to make a change. And as for myself – I’m loving my new found energy, my new (smaller) wardrobe

I started my journey with BRP after my 40th birthday. In the last couple of years. I put on so much weight.
I had no energy. I couldn't get up form the bed. I was tired all the time.

Joining BRP gym was one of my greatest changes in my life as I'd never been in a gym before then.
Few weeks after my wife Laura started attending BRP classes her enthusiasm and her results convinced me that this could have beenthe right place for me...and I was right!
It wasn't an easy start, but I really needed to loose my extra weight and go back to shape and I put all my effort in it.
Thanks to the amazing support I found in this gym I've been able to loose 12 kilos in 4 months. 
I feel completely different and most of all I enjoy so much classes and I am always looking forward to the next one, even if they are incredibly taught and challenging!

I've been training with Paul in BRP for the last 2 years, having started doing one to one sessions whilst undergoing treatment for cancer I was nervous about putting my body under any extra stress, Paul took the time to research my condition and his vast knowledge of nutrition & exercise made me feel completely at ease, he pushed me to train as hard as I could.

Most amazing gym with unbelievable trainers. I first came across the BRP team when they were working in a commercial gym in the parish, like many before and many after I was fumbling around not knowing what I was doing really but more importantly not seeing any results. 
I always kept an eye on what Paul was doing as he always stuck out as a trainer that put in 100% and would always be keen to help. I came to BRP in earnest after signing up for a 6 week challenge course and this is where my personal transformation happened.

The team of BRP educated me on the things I was doing wrong and gave me the guidelines and tools to succeed. The results from that 6 week course still payback even know when I see people I haven't seen in years and they can't get over it. 
But we have all been there where we get great results then let it all go, in BRP they are always willing to make an effort to keep continuous improvement and actively encourage new goals and aim.

But what I really like most is the community feel down in BRP, everyone is encouraging and motivating each other, as well as having a great laugh.

BRP is quite simply one of the best training communities in Dublin, led by Paul. Having trained for many years in other gyms I thought I was strong and had reached my potential. After my first session at BRP I realised I was wrong.

Go Hard or Go Home

I’ve been training now with brp for about 4 months but have really only taken it seriously on the last 3 months. When I started I was 90kgs and I am now 82kgs, I have lost fat weight and added muscle so I am pretty happy with my progress. I got to the lunchtime class and I now plan my day around the class which has been a key factor. It had give me the structure to make sure I have no excuse not to train!!

The trainers are fantastic, always pushing you but in a very supportive manner. I know they are watching me, making sure I am exercising correctly so I don’t get injured. It sounds corny but you feel part of a team at brp.

I started my journey in 2016 at 128kg and managed to make it down to 108 on my own where I plateaued for 6 months until I found Body Rock. I started in Body rock at 29% body fat and thanks to the amazing staff and group training sessions I hit 88kg and 15.3% Body fat 5 months after joining. In total they have helped me lose 10 inches off my waist and given me confidence I've never had.
